Refund Policy

Return eligibility

You may return an item within 90 days of the delivery date. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, whether new or lightly used.

How to request a return

• Contact us first. Email contact@1urbanaxis.com or call +1 (307) 424-2795 . If your item is damaged or defective, include clear photos and a short description.
• Wait for instructions. We'll review your request and send return instructions. Please don't ship anything back until your return is approved.
• Return the item. Once approved, ship it back using a trackable, insured method. A valid tracking number is required.

Refund process

• After we receive and inspect your return (within 72 hours of arrival), your refund is processed within 7 business days.
• You'll receive a full refund, including any original shipping and handling fees.
• We never charge restocking fees.

Wrong or damaged items

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us a photo. In most cases there's no need to send it back — we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
