• Transit time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
• Order cut-off time: 11:00 PM CST (UTC −6)

Multiple addresses

We cannot split a single order across multiple shipping addresses. To send items to different destinations, please place a separate order for each address.

Order status & tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, email us at contact@1urbanaxis.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. For full details, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
