Wrranty Replacement

Replacement product policy

If you are entitled to a replacement product, URBANAXIS LLC will provide a product that is identical or of similar value. If that product is unavailable, we may instead offer a refund or repair the item within a reasonable time. The same refund and repair rights that applied to your original product apply to any replacement.

Warranty coverage

We provide a three-year warranty on all products in our store, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.
